The Approach of

After we’ve received an order, our engineering team will take over the project. They take care of scheduling and define the activities needed to realize high quality and a low throughput time. They are your contact person during the project.
The project – based on the approved drawings from the engineerings phase – will be realized during the assembly phase. Our production/assembly department will only start with the preparations and assembly of your project if the goods pass our quality test at arrival.
The finished products will be tested and inspected on deviations. If necessary the deviations will be fixed and the product will be tested again. By doing this, we can make sure that all products meet the quality standard. Finally our specialist will run a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), only when all tests and inspections are passed, the product is ready for transportation.
As soon as the goods for a project are received in our warehouse, the quality of the components is thoroughly inspected. To prevent potential damage, our finished products are savely packed and transported to our customers.
Once the products are well and completely delivered on location, it’s important to us that the products will be installed correctly. We can also provide services such as on-site activities to guarantee the save installation and use of our products.
